Jensen Reinert joined Tallahassee Neurology Clinic in 2020. She graduated with her Associate Degree in Nursing from Chipola College in 2012. While working in St. Petersburg, Florida in a Step-Down Trauma Unit, Jensen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of North Florida. Jensen quickly realized her passion for critical care and pursued a position in the Vogter Neurological Intensive Care Unit at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH) where she has worked for the past several years.
During her time as a bedside Registered Nurse, Jensen was proud to receive the TMH ICARE Award for Respect in 2017 by demonstrating the values that TMH upholds through her strong work ethic. Jensen worked in the Vogter Neuro ICU while attending the University of South Alabama’s dual-role Family Nurse Practitioner and adult Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner Program. She graduated in May 2020 with a Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a post-graduate degree in Adult Acute Care. Jensen is certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Jensen is a Tallahassee native, born at TMH, and a proud graduate of Lincoln High School. She enjoys being outdoors and her and her husband are avid Florida State sports fans. She spends her free time walking/jogging her golden retriever Campbell, or on the water, boating and fishing.
