Chad Linville, APRN-C

Chad Linville joined Tallahassee Neurological Clinic in 2013. This is his second professional career, as he first graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech in 1994. He worked in information technology as a systems developer and manager for thirteen years prior pursuing a career in nursing.

Chad received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in 2010. He worked as a registered nurse at TMH on the Internal Medicine Unit for three years while a full-time graduate student.

He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2013 from Florida State University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program. He is licensed by the State of Florida as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

Chad works with Dr. Albert Lee and plays a vital role in providing timely and high-quality neurosurgical care for his patients. His responsibilities include assisting with patient evaluations, hospital rounds and consultations, first-assist in surgery, post-operative care and follow-up visits, and counseling patients and their families throughout their time in the clinic’s care.

Chad grew up in Richmond, Virginia. He was a competitive swimmer in high school and was a varsity letterman on Virginia Tech’s swim team. He is married and has a son and two daughters. He enjoys traveling the area with his family to watch his children participate in baseball and speed skating, exploring state parks, and following FSU baseball.
