Joshua Gregg, PA-C

Joshua Gregg is a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant who takes pride in providing personalized, patient-focused care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Pre-Physician Assistant concentration from Auburn University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2021. He went on to complete his Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at University of South Alabama – Pat Capps College of Allied Health, with an anticipated graduation in August 2024.

Before becoming a PA, Joshua worked as a medical assistant at Cahaba Pain and Spine Care in Hoover, Alabama, where he gained valuable experience working directly with patients in a clinical setting. During his training, he completed a wide range of clinical rotations including internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, and family medicine. He also completed elective rotations in pediatric emergency medicine and orthopedic surgery, further developing his skills in hands-on patient care.

Joshua is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support through the American Heart Association and has additional training in Bloodborne Pathogens and TB protocols. He is a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, cheering on his favorite football team—the Tennessee Volunteers—and enjoying the great outdoors.
