Idella Struk, APRN-C

Idella joined Tallahassee Neurological Clinic in March 2015. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Idella enrolled in Florida State University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program and earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing in 1999. She is licensed by the State of Florida as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Idella started her professional career in Ann Arbor, Michigan as a rehabilitation nurse. Her joy in seeing patients with severe health crises improve and regain active lives, has guided her through her career. She has particularly enjoyed assisting patients with strokes, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries during the course of recovery. Prior to joining Tallahassee Neurological Clinic, she was providing rehabilitation consultation services at local rehabilitation facilities.

Idella grew up in a military family and has lived in several locales across the United States. She moved to Tallahassee in 1993 and considers Tallahassee her home town. She enjoys the amazing weather which makes it easy to run nearly any day of the year and is a fan of the Florida State Women’s Basketball team. Idella is married with three daughters and one son.
